Our Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship across India. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Processing Time:

Orders that are to be processed from stock, within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom order to be fulfilled in 75-90 days after payment confirmation.
Shipping timelines may vary based on location and courier service.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
Other Locations: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are 3% of the Total order value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

If an order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service before offering a resolution.
If a product arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
