Welcome to Troth Fitness. We value our customers and aim to provide the best service possible. Please read our Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
Items without original packaging or missing components.
Custom or special-order products that are not eligible for return.
Any item beyond the 7-day return window.

Return Process:

To request a return, email support@trothfitness.com with your order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the return. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued as per the refund policy below.
