OVERVIEW
The 41 inch (104 cm) Strength Loop Pull-Up Assist Bands feature sturdy seamless constructions and are color coded for easy identification. The Pull-Up Assist Bands are a versatile tool and can be used in a wide range of application.
- Power lifter’s utilize them to overload train by attaching them to the bar and resistance band pegs
- Train the lower body by adding resistance for walks, lunges and shuffles
- Mobility and flexibility training
- Use as an assist tool for pull-ups
