The 3-Dimensional Swivel adds an attachment anchor for Heavy Bags to X-CREATE Uprights. By rotating and swiveling in a 3-dimensional space, it improves exercise quality and extends the life of hooks and heavy bags. See the XCREATE-3DSM for mounting to X-CREATE Bridge Systems.
